Description:
Dubbed the best transition to university, St. Peter’s College has been a USask affiliated college for nearly a century and attracts students throughout Western Canada. Students can study their first year in all USask direct entry bachelor programs at St. Peter’s. The college is well noted to contribute to student success through its small face-to-face class sizes, sense of community, award-winning faculty and beautiful campus. Students leaving the college to continue their students at USask or URegina are more prepared and are more likely to succeed in their later years.
A few key highlights that make this institution unique:
St. Peter’s College offers some of the smallest face-to-face class sizes in the province. We are a large campus filled with wildlife and have trained birds to feed out of your hands. Deer can be seen daily on our campus. 98% of our alumni recommend starting your USask degree with us. We offer a completely unique Diploma in Writing and New Media. Originally founded by Benedictine Monks a century ago. In 2018-2019, the college boasted an average class size of 14 students. Our scholarship appliants were awarded, on average, an additional $1,800 per student, as these students also keep their USask scholarship funding. In the 2019-2020 year, 23% of our students were on track to achieve honour roll at their respective colleges (*As of April 9th, 2020)
